These compounds have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
Methods of use
Our pure oregano is a delicious addition to any tomato dish, eggs and omelets, chicken, fish and pork, cooked vegetables, vinaigrettes or sauces, to give a unique scent and an exclusive taste your dish.
It is also used as a beverage/tea.
How to store
Dried oregano should be kept in a cool, dark place in a tightly-sealed container and used within 6 months for the freshest flavor. It will not spoil if kept longer, but its potency will deteriorate greatly with time.
